Job Description - Based on system requirement and customer demand, carry out Caliper concept design (Including Mounting Bracket, Cylinder Body, Sliding parts etc.) and finish 3D model; - Define correct technical product specifications (2D DRW,BOM, validation plan etc.); - Create and maintain D-FMEA for new components; - Collaborate with suppliers, support SE work and ensure the manufacturability at supplier side; - Collaborate with plant, support plant SE and ensure the manufacturability at Bosch plant side; - Collaborates with project team, ensure the application design for different project and satisfy customer demand on time and on quality; - Support NVH team to solve related topics; - Regular communication with Germany design platform, and ensure the correct information delivery; Qualifications - Bachelor degree (5 years) or master degree (3 years) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or related fields; - Experience in Caliper design(Including Mounting Bracket, Cylinder Body, Sliding parts etc.) must; Experience in power brake will be preferred; - Good skills in 3D/2D and software(NX preferred); - Tolerance chain stack up and GD
