 Develop, design and qualification of new equipment for new project requirements.  Provide feasibility studies of new concepts and ideas.  Communication and coordination with different teams and departments.  Lead and coordinate coast saving projects.  Conduct evalution of both new and exist equipment for new project requirement.  Familiar with the defect modle of product, propose related improvement plan and and make sure it is implement. Continuously improve equipment capacity,capability and resource optimization,special focus on the bottleneck process.  Continuously improvement of equipment intelligent and systematic management.  Continuously improvement of equipment automation rate in plant.  Train the new employees and make sure they are know what we need to do and how to do.  Supporting NPI for equipment qualification.  Support production department in problems solving of key quality and process issue  Supporting to fix machine hard-down issue with fast recovery solution.  Ensure compliance with EHS and Quanlity system requirements.  Support on other tasks as assigned from superior from time to time
