postdoctoral research fellow position in mems and microfabrication area, sist

assistant professor tao wu's research group (small) is seeking self-motivated postdoctoral fellow to work in the areas of ferroelectric and ferromagnetic materials based mems transducers and microsystem, with emphasis on applications in piezoelectric mems and novel multiferroic sensors. other research interests of the group include the design of rf mems components, energy efficient mems devices and novel microfabrication techniques. we invite highly motivated ph.d. graduates to work with us in these exciting areas. there are currently a position available.

吴涛研究组的研究方向有:

(a)新型压电材料加工工艺与表征技术，包括：高机电耦合系数的氮化铝aln薄膜加工工艺，表征与建模；

(b)新型磁电材料加工工艺与表征技术，包括：高磁致伸缩系数的铁磁材料薄膜加工工艺，表征与建模；精密磁电测量，如材料的磁性参数测量，材料电参数测量，交直流磁场测量等。

(c)新型传感器,例如：基于aln氮化铝谐振器的传感器，基于多铁态材料耦合效应的传感器等；

1）独立从事课题研究；

2）撰写并发表研究论文；

3）协助pi组建实验室和培养研究生；

1.ph.d. degree in engineering, physics or related areas, within 35 years old.

2.strong publication record in micro-/nano-scale fabrication, mems, ferroelectric and ferromagnetic materials.

3.strong hand-on experience on micro-/nano-scale fabrication and material characterizations.

4.good communication skills. ability to mentor graduate students.

5.fluency in written and oral english.

1）微电子、电气工程、电子科学与技术、机电工程、精密仪器、自动化、物理或材料等相关专业博士学位或即将获得博士学位的应届毕业生，35周岁以内；

2）在相关领域的知名期刊发表过研究论文，有微纳加工经验优先；

3）富有创新意识和探索精神；

4）具有良好的协调沟通能力与团队合作精神；

5）具有良好的英文口头表达和读写能力；

6）身心健康，责任心强。
